Mormons, members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, commonly known as the Mormon Church believe that there is a wonderful plan, the plan of happiness. Because of this plan, Jesus Christ makes it possible for us to change and become all that we can become. Jesus Christ believes that we are important and he cares about us. Jesus loves us more than we will ever understand. We are children of God. Our Heavenly Father sent his son Jesus Christ to pave the way for us to return to live with them someday.

  • God bless the mormons, from a catholic brother!

  • You sound Jewish. That is, to say read just the Old Testament and reject the New Testament. And um... you really need to do better than that. There are 36 books quoted and referenced in the Bible that are lost. Thus there must be additional scripture than just the Bible.

For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. (Matthew 7:1-5).

  • I'm always a little saddened when I hear a Christian say, "Since Jesus said to love your neighbor as yourself, it logically follows that you must love yourself first."

This is what it means to mix scripture with the doctrines of men in order to deceive people. Yet, many Christians utter this platitude without the slightest consciousness that they are saying the exact opposite of Jesus' clear meaning.

  • Accordingly, Elder Ballard asked ordinary individual members to "join the conversation by participating on the Internet to share the gospel and to explain in simple and clear terms the message of the Restoration." Shall I tell you the law of God in regard to the African Race? If the White man who belongs to the chosen seed mixes his blood with the seed of Cain, the penalty, under the law of God, is death on the spot. This will always be so.
