An Architectual walkthrough of my house using Autodesk 3DS Max. Almost all of the features were modeled using Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks and then imported into 3Ds Max. All of my components in my house are of real world scale and are for sale. My email address is keithyboggio@hotmail.com. Please feel free to post comments. I also am looking to do this free lance if anyone needs their architectual projects to sell.

  • All you need is 3DS Max really. That is what the video, the textures, and the lighting were done in. I am not so good with 3DS Max, but really good with other solid modeling programs. All of the geometry was constructed in Autodesk Inventor, and SolidWorks.

  • Very nice!

  • Thanks, appreciate the input. I actually could of done a whole lot more, but I already had about 2 weeks tied up in the modeling and 118 days of rendering. Fortunatly, the school let me run 20 machines on the weekends so that cut it down to 3 weekends. The machines really struggled though. And I have no idea how the toolbox and pipe wrenches came to be floating. I must have moved something and they werent in the group.

  • I bet that took a hell of a long time

  • good project! which program do you need for house? 3ds max or other?

  • Wow... excellent way to show potential buyers! We will be in touch! Thanks Keith!

  • nice lol now you have to work on the outside and the block of neighbors

  • Great job man! This work takes a lot of time and effort. The end result is awesome. Crazy to know this program has been used to make many animations that we come across on tv or movies today.
