One of the highlights of the trip!... Cock of the Rocks!!.. amazing bird, a bit cooler than the Andean one I dare to think... we wanted to add this one to our list and did not have enough luck first days, then last afternoon we heard them close to the forest edge in one of this rocky areas and immediately we entered the forest a couple of stunning males was just there in front of our eyes!..very very cool... This clip is part of our set of 11 videos from our last trip to the Amazonian/Guyanana lowland forests in and around Mitu (in Vaupes department in the border with Brazil).
