A chilly 30 degree day here in North Carolina. This is my 2nd visit to this old house built in the 1800's. My first visit yielded an ornate silver pocketwatch cover and a 1940 Merc dime. This time I was very happy to find my first ever large silver out in the soybean field. It turned out to be a 1945 Standing Liberty half dollar. Not really old or rare, but still a thrill to find. Ya-hooo!
