Check-out my personal set of Chauvet RGB LED EQ Light Tubes which I'm demonstrating here.
I have these setup in my home mounted to the wall about five inches from each other and parallel to one another. Each tube is approximately 3 feet tall and about 2 inches wide. The set came with the wall mounting hardware and wired controller.
These tubes each have a built-in microphone when using as stand-alone lights or when the controller is hooked up, as its shown in the video the mic built-in to the controller over-rides the individual light's microphones.
Each tube is made from a frosty coated poly-carbonate material with an aluminum base. The base for each tube is almost as long as each tube.
Also, each tube has a set of dip switches for stand alone light configurations. The controller (when used) can do a variety of different effects. The coolest thing about these tubes which you can't really see in the video is their ability to recognize the Equalization of your music and light-up according to the bass or treble frequencies in your songs. This would make the light tubes mimic the look of a digital equalizer. I like them a lot.
Was it $200 for all?
