2 12" Alpine Type R subwoofers Put On -young jeezy

This is my second system. i had 2 kenwood w3011 and with a hitron 1000 2 channel amp in sealed box. It bumped but not nearly as good as my new alpines. Since then i have changed the amp and the subs. Kept same box but want to get ported soon...WAY LOUDER PORTED!! Subs for sale $350

2 Alpine SWR-1242D (TYPE R) bridged, running on 2ohm
Visonik V1800-2cha R/B RMS 600 2ohm(running subs)
JVC KDR300 head unit
Alpine MRP-M350(running 6x9s)
Kenwood KFC-6982ie (6x9s)
was using crappy camera so you cant see the subs move as much as they really are. Sorry about the sound quality!

Hey I'm really wanting to put some subs in my van and I have never had subs before and don't really know how everything works right yet. I'm looking at putting in 2 Alpine SWR-1242D 12" Type-R Series Subwoofers (4 Oh. What amp would you suggest to get a really good output form these amps and basically full moneys worth. Also besides wiring kits what else would i need to get everything fully set up and running properly. Thank a lot for your help!

I believe the alpine 1242D is a 500rms and the 1243D is 600rms which is the newest model for the type r

these subs kick fucking arse i went to jbhifi they had these on sale for 500 dollars but before i looked at the alpine i looked at a 15 inch round kicker and had a listen to it up max then the guy showed me the alpine and it fucking flogged the kicker these subs are worth it GEEEEET ONE!!!!

or you could grow some balls and get a ported box. i told my homie to buy 1 12 type r he put it in a ported box and it POUNDED on his 2 12 p3's he had in there before :p all about the box and the juice!
