  • Chicago and Juarez have two things in common. Near total gun ban + out of control crime war.

Nigeria has a total gun ban.

  • I love how people make arguments about things they don't know jack about.

There is no "gun show loophole" that's more flagrant liberal media bullshit. Every dealer at a gun show is required by federal law to record the sale and perform a background check.

Only private citizen sales don't require a background check, even though most people record the persons name and license number for liability reasons.

Gun control raises crime rates and only lawful citizens follow laws its a plain jane fact.

  • @cdltpx I use to NOT own guns until I lived in a gun control city LACA where punk puke hoodies all are armed and you are left to wonder why don't I have a gun. Then you get pulled over by the police and they point guns at you for a traffic stop then you reall want to own a gun it was then I saw why so many hoodies have guns they have to keep the police at bay too. You want to control something go to England they don't have guns eventually they will have vikings again.

  • Mr. Liberal you need to live either in La or Chicago and drive a truck where they have all those gun laws you will see first hand how the law is unenforceable hopefully you will live long enough to chage your mind on gun control. Gun control means using both hands to improve your aim and insure you hit what you are aiming at. When I lived in La I had 3 hoodies pull guns on me just doing my job or living in my home. Here in Baton Rouge we can have guns and usually hoodies shoot hoodies.

  • Bob Beckel couldn't be more wrong. Thank God the supreme court voted the way that they did. It's just a shame that the 4 idiots who voted against the obvious ruling so flagrantly went against their vow to defend the constitution. Purely pathetic. This was an open-and-shut case, and you don't have to be a judge to know that the 2nd amendment (which states "the people's right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed") protects INDIVIDUAL (a.k.a. "the people's) rights.
