this is waaayyy too long for being about one particular incident. half way through i just began skipping ahead 5 or so minutes and they where still describing things we already heard about. touching story, no doubt about it, but it is a lot of redundant information being given.

Interesting doc...but the voiceover person is horrible! It should be redubbed with a voice that isn't so monotone and boring.

You didn't interview this man, why did you dub your voice in there? Did you interview anyone for this because I had decided that this really isn't that bad, certainly not as bad PRISONS that was up for awhile, but really, did you interview anyone?

PATHETIC CDC THEY ARE. Schwarzenegger reforms just bowed down to the pathetic CDC.You get the feeling the CDC is linked the Mexican Mafia with the outcome of this inquiry. Its obvious from the outcome that corruption existed before,during and after the inquiry in the state prisons. But lets face reality. A lot of prisons across the states are controlled by corrupted correction officers in the state jails.
