Back in the days when BT actually cared about Public Payphones! Now they just want to rip them all out! I've reported faults with numerous payphones, and in some cases 2 years later, the fault is still open on the BT fault tracker website, and BT hasnt visited the Kiosk, and therefore the fault is still present! Many now have a notice stuck in them saying they will be removed.
