plus, led is a reversible machine: if you put light in front of it, you can measure a slight voltage at its pins.

LED stands for Light Emitting Diode and blue, green and red LED's may be combined to produce any colour including white. LED lights are often used in energy saving applications associated with solar electric systems and interesting special effects applications. Does anyone have any first hand experience with solar powered LED's. ?
