    I think that your "smoking log" is a wonderful way to make an unconscious habit conscious. I can also see that is very useful for any habit. I am addicted to sugar and also find myself eating unconsciously. I think this is a brilliant way to bring awareness to my actions and a great way for creating a change. Thanks for this video.
