My friend decided to get a tattoo of his last name on his back. It was his first and happened to be a big one reaching from shoulder to shoulder.

Out lining hurts the most. How ever it does depend on your tollance level for pain. Cuz I have a huge back piece and it didn't hurt at all for me, burns a little afterwards but that's about it. This kid I guess can't handel pain. I fell asleep when I got mine.( ps I'm also a girl)
