Great footage! It WAS the basement of the old Cafe Wha...I was there and caught his show in
the early Fall of 1966...just by chance...was walking in the Village..saw the marquis and thought it just read Jimi James and the Flames....curious...i checked it out...that set he suddenly started playing with his teeth...I was just 18 and had never seen or heard anything like that in my life...wasn't aware until much later that I had heard and seen Jimi Hendrix!!
