In America, women believe they are enhancing their beauty by injecting chemicals into their skin to make their faces puffy or their breasts bigger, or by being dangerously skinny, or by wearing as little clothing as possible. Not much better, when you think about it.

that is true. things like cannibalism in PNG etc are uncivilized but something like this is completely fine and a part of their culture.
