im pretty sure that doesnt apply here cause stop and frisk is only for crimes defined under new york state penal law. i highly doubt white people on wall street are wearing hoodies and selling drugs on the corner and robbing bodegas. they would be more into securites fraud and insider trading which are crimes defined under corporation law.

a security guard is not law enforcement so yes there is a problem with YOU trying to do a stop and frisk. the pat down frisk does not allow you to go through pockets you pat the outside of someone's clothing and of you feel drugs or a weapon you take that out. It may not be the perfect method but its better than doing nothing

I work night time security at a strip mall, (with a gun)... What if you were shopping in a store.. I walk in, and demand you and everyone else, (including the employes), line up and let me dig through your pockets..? Even if your innocent, dont you see anything wrong with that?

right cause who cares about the drug sales that fund gang activity none of that shit matters at all. Its not like there aren't already people that investigate white collar crimes. I'm also sure that a pat down search would instantly catch white collar criminals with all the embezzled money in their pockets.

Thats the solution!.. Every neighborhood with a 'high' crime rate should be allowed to randomly line up anyone they choose and search them for illegal things... Better yet!,.. Lets include EVERYONE on that list..

We COULD investigate bankers who 'stole' more money from us than NASA recieved in 60years.. But lets instead line up petty criminals for having some drugs.??

I'm sure it is all about race. nothing to do with the high crime rates in those neighborhoods
