  • philandgez No worries but briefly a (Rep) Is 1 repetition, so 1 full movement of the exercise.

If you are doing 12-15 reps when you get to 12-15 that is a set, so you may do 3 sets of 12-15 reps on each exercise e.g. a squat. I hope this helps you.

  • Hi Gays, gread Video, when John stripped??

  • Have you guys seen Jillian Michael's 30 day shred videos? Would you reccomend using that along side going for runs in the morning? Also, I don't own a treadmill and on a student budget I don't want to join a gym, is running around the park ok instead?

  • Did you say high incline, fast-paced walk on the treadmill?

  • @missandwea you should rest them sounds like you have shin splints and they can be very painful, plenty of rest of low impact training go swimming or use a bike instead.

  • Cute and funny too, I think I am going to enjoy this channel

  • Right you are both fit and gorgeous, but my god John you look like a young Patrick Swayze from Dirty Dancing you have his gorgeous blonde hair, fit body and cute smile. I think you should pursue Acting I think you would be much appreciated on the Silver Screen ;)

  • Hello! :)

I find any sort of running to be really painful on my shins, I wear proper runners but if I run or walk intensively for a certain amount of time I get a lot of pain in my shins and I can't do anymore :/ any advice?
