A sampling of music written by Clint Eastwood for his movie Flags of Our Fathers. Orchestrated by Lennie Niehaus. The soundtrack, released on October 17, 2006, contains the original score as well as period songs.

Clint Eastwood has achieved his best musical composition to date, with a beautiful yet subtle orchestration. The music is nostalgic, not overpowering, and effectively conveys the melancholic feelings of the surviving flagraisers, whose celebrity back home conflicts with their memories of Iwo Jima.

If we had a WWIII there would be no survivors to tell the story to the children and grandchildren, there would be no inspirational movies, and no more world. WWII remains as one of the worst wars ever to happen and those who surived it should be thanked for their service, German, American, Japanese, Italian, British etc,

I believe it was Albert Einstein who once was ask about WW3, and he said he didn't really know what the human race will fight WW3 with, but he did predicted that the fourth WW will be fought with sticks and stones.

@Snako85 Becuase lets be honest here the American Civilians had a very easy life infact the easiest life out of any other nation during the war but the US fighting man well that is a different story.

Why whould you want to be born to fight in such a tragic brutal war idiots who think its fun who think its a game who think they know everything becuase they have completed Call of Duty on Hard a couple of times

and none of these people wanted to fight they just did what they had to do to deffend there home and then idiots think that what happend was entertaining.
