  • if you read the U.S. State Dept. notice. It is talking about the time of the elections. The elections are over and NOTHING happed. If you are not there it is close to imposible to know what is happening.

  • stack 2x4s into a wall its cheaper. makes roof and floors too.

  • Beautiful !! nice country ,nice houses!! if I had 17000 USD ,I had buy one :)

  • LOL...safe? The U.S. State Dept. as of Jan 2012, has 'strong warnings' about 3rd world conditions, increasing political polarization against the U.S., rising crime, frequent kidnappings of U.S. citizens, and a general caution to U.S. nationals. While not currently on a State Dept. 'warning' or ban-list, there is heavy 'common-sense' info at: travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/cis/cis_985.html to tell you NOT to go to Nicaragua right now, let alone buy there.

  • just in case, Nicaragua is the safest country in central america.

  • is that safe? didnt think so
