  • My perennial garden has strawberries, grape vines, garlic, horseradish, catnip, cherry trees, and a few others. The catnip shades the strawberries during the hot summer droughts.

  • Wait, I'm confused. You're replacing squash with ginger, instead? If we're doing an edible garden, I think I'd rather eat squash. :P

  • Those look like good things to grow. What parts do you eat? What kind of recipes you these? When do you harvest? How much nutrition can they yield?  Thanks for the post. I like the idea of perennials.
