Yes. Outer loop takes about hour and thirty minutes to finish with no stops. It's rough and technical but has some exciting parts to it. Loose rocks are tricky in some places. Ride in morning or evening. It's hot humid. I've even done some night rides but don't recomend it, a good way to break your neck.
