Bleach does have a plot but they skip a few years every once and awhile and start anew i cant watch the series cause the websites i used r being retarded

It seems next week Bleach will already start with the Fullbring arc. Pretty suprising; I was suprising a shitload of fillers.

I disagree, Bleach's plot is quiet in-depth. The creator did a poor job with with finishing some of the fights off correctly, or just writing characters that they were finished with off. The new story (not sure if the anime is at it yet or not) Is getting back to focusing on having the plot be the main ploy of the series though. I doubt they will be making the same mistake again.
