Juried entries of the 2009 Napa Valley Mustard Festival Visual Art Competition; submitted slides. The exhibit was unveiled for silent auction at Mustard Magic on January 31, 2009, at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena.
Visit http://mustardfestival.org/art_winners-2009.html to view the winners. The Festival hopes to produce a catalog of entries with credits for all pieces for future competitions, but that is not possible for the 2009 Visual Art Competition at this point.

NICE!!! I notice a ad for artists for a contest. TO bad they don't have the REAL requirements! The shows I juried were, well one was based on gender( Women took top honors/money). Another one freaky artist took a innertube cut it into a spirial and hung it as art. HE WON! Well dady was a Dr. and "donated huge sums to the jurists college. The news man asked why was "mine" passed over for "this crap". Oh well Art is mental above all.
