hey, I compete in hacking/showing and was wondering if you had to be a certain age to wear a stock tie at a show? I've heard you have to be over 18 to wear them but am unsure. Does anyone know anything about this? thanks :D great video help btw !

i don't think there is an age limit. i believe anyone can ride with a stock tie or tie in competition.

Should men Wear stock ties in dressage shows, or is a white tie more appropriate?

Thanks, this is really helpful! But I'm new to eventing this year, and am just wondering, are you ever *required* to wear a stock tie? I know you don't really have to at schooling shows, but at formal eventing shows should you wear one? (I'm 14 and do Beginner Novice if that matters?)

@JesOkieRox hi it depends where u live in England you are meant to be 14 and over to wear a stock and if you are younger than that u don't wear one unless in a grand championship but you can be any age to wear one xc.

ok am in scotland and am 15 a jump a pony called sasha beacuse no one else will a compete in pony jumpin beacuse yes shes only 13hands so can a wear a stock tie :Z
