Blow into it and play it like a piano. Comes with both short blowpipe for hand-held playing and longer hose for tabletop play. Also has a button to the right of the keyboard which gives a vibrato effect when pushed repeatedly. Comes with a case. Sounds like an accordion. Great fun and very portable.

Hohner Melodicas are usually a 32 key rather than 37... however the keys are larger and weighted like a piano, so easy to play fast.

And the student model only runs about 35 bucks on MusiciansFriend
