This is a short participatory video about the Dzongsar Tangkha School created by a team of individuals from Dzongsar's Yothok Yonden Gonpo Medical Association. It was edited by project facilitator Tsering Perlo.
BACKGROUND
Dzongsar is located in the upper reaches of the Yangtze and Yellow Rivers, in Kham, eastern Tibet. The area is about 5000 square kilometers and ranges from 11,500 23,500 feet in altitude. Video is beautiful, as long as i can perceive from images.
I reckon participatory video is mainly aimed at the community in which is done, but I'd have liked subtitles for a wider dissemination ;)
