You have to stretch your chest (loosen and lengthen the muscles in the chest) and strengthen your upper back...also doing exterior rotator cuff excercises helps.

i had 70 degrees of kyphosis and now im around 30 and i im training in kung fu but im worried if i wont be able to do some of the acrobatics coz of my back your video is helpfull thanks.BTW i was wearing that plastic (dont know how it is in english XD ) tshirt like thing that keeps your back straight and corrects kyphosis but know im sticking with exersises

Have you managed to get rid of your scoliosis i have slight scoliosis and some docs think its functional, and is yours structural or functional your scoliosis?

if you go to my other videos,you will find a swing i am hanging to it,kindly see all my videos,i want you to get that ,and swing to that as it wills stretch your back ,if you can stretch for that for 1 one hour i can promise you might feel a small difference per day like maybe 0.05 degree change,as it reverse the equation.Our body is bio mechanical.like physics,every action there is opposite equal reaction.That what my Dr Ali says.

my doctor says 90 % of scoliosis was functional,i was so emabressed to take out even my tshirt ,u dont wana know in the swimming pool or the beach,but now thanks god i can take my shirt out anywhere without feeling embaressed or shy.
