Kevin you dont have to use anything before you start p90x i am female started the program a month ago and it is the best decision i have ever made in my life. it is tough yes but it not so tough that you will not be able to do it. And trust me it is hard but you wont give up because the results come fast. i will say you will start seeing results at the end of the first week. If you want i can post some before and after pics for you to show progress to prove to you that it works do classic first

Janet is sooooo phony! her nose her body. U tell Miss Picture Perfect Janet Jackson to send me some of her money so that i can get a nose job or a personal trainer to come right out to my house. Just saw the janet interview,it was great! I really think Janet jackson is listening to her fans and will bring us great dance music. Make me and feedback are some of her best tracks since the 90s. I also recently lost 40 lbs. due to high blood pressure. It's hard but its good for your health. you can do it.
