Well the T-50 is not being developed to be a "F-22 Killer" .. Russians are just developing their own 5th gen fighter wich could or could not fight against an F-22 ... probably the F-22 is on the heads of the Sukhoi enginers while building this as its the only flying 5th gen aircraftt (as the F-35 is NOT 5th gen).. they are building a fighter wich can go up there.. handle most 4.5 gen threats (Rafale, Eurofighter , F-35, F-15E , F/A-18E ... ) and have a chance against the F-22

@Jakstr1981 Dude, don't make it complicated. All I'm just sayin is that Obama PULLED THE PLUG on the project. The expense and development of the F-22 is a DIFFERENT MATTER.
AND we all know about the fact of its ridiculous expense before its demise.

@AdoboAddict Nope, even Obama wasn't the killer. Stupidity in the aircraft's development was the killer. Obama just stopped the stupidity and the production it was built on folded. (Yeah I know, there is much more to it then that, he did push to stop production but look into it.) Those aircraft were way more expensive then they should've been. We can afford what they were and still are costing us.
