Hi i think its better to cooked it with more oil and dont peel the eggplant skin x suggest lang po but hey ho! I do like it so i will cook this later . I do live in urumqi before the land of the chili and i tasted this dish b4 very nice ! !! Gudluck po !!! And more power !
