Pepper worked for a skate company (I think Element but I'll have to ask him) after he retired from skating but didn't really like working on the "the inside" so he quit.
He pretty much quit skating all together and currently lives in Vallejo, CA with his wife and son and is doing great.

The company was founded in 1992 by Johnny Schilleriff as a collaboration called Underworld Element Skateboards. The struggling company was later absorbed by Schilleriff and the "Underworld" portion of the name dropped.

When i first started skating there was an element ad in transworld saying 10 years of bill pepper being pro for them.but i have never seen a photo or a video part of him.does anyone know who he used to be sponsored by (other than element) and what happened to him?
