Welcome to Skagway! This was my second favorite stop next to Juneau, after riding the White Pass Rail I had about 4 hours to kill and decided to take a hike on my own. A local tour guide informed me of a small cemetery just outside of town also known as goldrush cemetery. She also hinted on a surprise just beyond the grave.

Reminds me of visiting there in the 70's when I lived in Haines . Wish I would have gotten off the beaten path a bit more. It is beautiful country and you did a nice job .

Great video.
As a Skagway Firefighter I'd like to tell people not to hike past those falls, the trails are goat trails, and are very difficult for people to hike without gear or training.
