  • yes it is salt and pepper (I use a 5-spice mixture, crushed at the mill). But wine is not cooked yet change of taste. You will need to adjust seasoning at the end of the

    cooking.

  • Les ingrédients :

    1kg de boeuf à Bourguignon (attention de choisir des morceaux pas trop gras)

    1 bouteille de vin rouge ( préférez du pinot noir, le cépage du bourgogne )

    10 cuillères à soupe d’huile ou son équivalent en beurre (c'est meilleur au beurre !)

    8 cuillères à soupes bombées de farine

    1 boites de champignons émincés

    1 bel oignon

    1 bouquet garni
