(2:42)- Seated Calf Raise 3 sets 10-15 reps
(3:48)- Calf Press on Leg Press 3 sets 10-15 reps
(5:01)- Standing Calf Raise on Smith Machine 3 sets 10-20 reps
(6:33)- Cool-Down Calf Walk 1 set 5-10 reps

  • i just did 100 calf raises and good lord do they burn!!!

  • is it only me, or does your feet hurts like hell when you are training calves? it feels like my feet is on fire could this problem be because my feet's aren't used to have allot of weight on them?

  • calfs are a weird muscle. like you worked the shit out of yours yet there are many random people with better calfs. idk maybe its not the like the other muscles

  • You need to drink 2-3 hours before working out when your dehydrated it takes hours to re hydrate
