Here is an instructional video on how to make flan. The catch is, the instructions were cut out and covered with the mexican hat dance party mix.

My flan uses fewer eggs, low fat milk, a bit of sugar and still tastes pretty good.

I always follow this recipe when I make my Flan and people LOVE IT! one professional chef said it was superb :0

Your supposed to put the tablespoon of water after the sugar melts
also your water you pour into the extra bowl should be 60 - 70 degrees not iced
