HAHA, I don't know why but this makes me laugh :) I could listen to that womans voice for hours on end on my pony and not be nervous :p

@dressagedivauk - this is good to hear, ive bought the hacking one and I'm dying to crack this nervousness when I go out. Im glad your riding was helped by it :D

These do work. It worked great for me. I bought the Dressage one and I have a deep seated fear of cantering and was so nervous I had trouble riding at all. In just a few nights after listening to the cd at bedtime, I was much more confident and my instructor said I was a different rider. I still use it to top up if my confidence goes down at all. Also helps me get a good night sleep. Go for it!
