That's a highly reductive and unfair critique of what Miller says. If we're going to argue that killing is wrong to begin with, does it follow that we should institutionalize it within the state? It certainly doesn't follow that someone against the death penalty supports criminals. Don't be ridiculous.

Stick to municipal politics, which was what you were elected for. You know nothing about what the average Canadian thinks, or about Canadian values in general.
