Pilates is such a great way to stay in shape and get fit! I love pilates! It's the only exercise that I stick with because it has such great results and isn't hard on the body. I have totally shifted my body, my shape, my mind and my attitude! You can lose weight doing pilates.... as long as you also incorporate some cardio and do pilates consistently you'll be fine.

  • Can I just do 1st exercise??? It seems quite easy. I normally do 3 exercises for abs (1 for upper, side and lower). But the problem is i have weak low abdominals and I am very impatient. I can do everyday, 3 sets (15 times each set). If I do the first exercise it can make my life much more easier. Still good video. Thank you.

  • yes you should do exercises for upper, lower and side abs. this workout is only for lower abs, as per the title suggests, so add in your favorites if you like.

  • people say im very skinny, or atleast il ook that way but my family thinks im fat. ? how can i lose a "tiny" belly when im not that flexible and don't have magic circle only dumbbells. i can't even do a pushup how do i strengthen my arms? and my legs are meh. i would love to get them toned and lose my thigh...any suggestions?

  • there are tons of videos an my page that you can do to tone up! i recommend just checking them out and trying a bunch of them :) good luck and let me know how it goes!

  • Oh hey! Have you tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my brother in law got really defined 6 pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.

  • It might be effective to state not to engage the quads or hip flexors and to really focus on the lower abdominals for more clarity on how to really get the most out of each exercise! Good video!
