I own a kindle and I've been reading since I was a wee little one. It's no different. At all. The point of reading a story is to READ THE STORY! What does it matter if it's in a digital device or an analog one? You're just nitpicking for the sake of nitpicking. Also, who the hell holds a kindle, or book, in their palm?! Seriously. Thumb, index, and middle finger. Learn to hold a book better.

really wants to get a kindle but is worried everything is getting too technical, what happened to good old fashioned books, the getting lost in a story, not being able put the book down, the smell of the book, the feel etc with a kindle you dont get that you just get sweaty palms :S

i worried about that too. i now own 2 kindles, the basic and the paperwhite, and i have no problem with it. infact it rekindled my love for reading, and there is NO glare! i get lost in the story and i dnt even rmb i am using a kindle in the end! best part is, books are cheaper!
