  • funny farms was funny. I grew up on that. :)

  • @zdragonforce The director of Funny Farm was the great George Roy Hill, who directed Slaughterhouse Five and Slapshot. It's too bad most people never gave that movie a look because it is one of Chevy Chase's better films.

  • but indeed, chevy chase hasn't made one good movie in his life.

  • @hedwigkiesler I think Chevy has made 3 or 4 good films, but that's not a great average.

  • @MartinKoolhoven Rex Reed also hated Stripes and Chase mentions it's the bitchy personal attack that he didn't like not the negative review.

  • Yeah moving Letterman to late night, what a disaster that was.

  • @evagrubb Ironically Rex Reed gave chase's first movie Foul Play a terrific review!

  • @hedwigkiesler Caddy Shack. Ya may wanna rent it once.

  • Chevy wasn't being a jerk, in my opinion. He was just defending his good friends, Dan and John. As longtime fans of all three of Chevy, Dan, and John, I commend Chevy for standing up to blatant nastiness.

  • @KlayyJayy Actually that was a line out of the movie. It was uttered by the atrocious and vindictive little tow truck driver to Belushi when Belushi was trying to explain the ridiculous phone call that was placed to the wrecker service to get Vics truck out of the cesspool.

  • @drex23100 Does that mean really funny or really unfunny??
