Chevy wasn't being a jerk, in my opinion. He was just defending his good friends, Dan and John. As longtime fans of all three of Chevy, Dan, and John, I commend Chevy for standing up to blatant nastiness.

@KlayyJayy Actually that was a line out of the movie.It was uttered by the atrocious and vindictive little tow truck driver to Belushi when Belushi was trying to explain the ridiculous phone call that was placed to the wrecker service to get Vics truck out of the cesspool.

@zdragonforce The director of Funny Farm was the great George Roy Hill, who directed Slaughterhouse Five and Slapshot. It's too bad most people never gave that movie a look because it is one of Chevy Chase's better films.
