  • I would maintain that the people are completely normal and that the "problem" is with the climate. Humans evolved to seek out the light....

  • I moved from South Texas to Portland, Oregon. My son told me about light bulbs that mimic sunlight after seeing me in tears and moping. Can any one tell me if 2 light bulbs in one room is enough to help me?

  • i have been dealing with this for many years. I was aware of it a long time ago because when the weather changes, i would get this feeling in the pit of my stomach, like ughhhh, cloudy, grey days are back again! This continues throughout the winter and i start feeling better around late february. I feel the best solution is to move to a warmer climate for the winter we have in NYc, but cant afford to yet.
