I was at work the day the platte canyon high school shooting happened, my youngest brother was still in school, he called me on my cell and was like what the hell is happening? I cant get back to school. At the same time my mom called to tell me that my other brother was coming to get me and that we were to go get my brother and go to the school she was at. my youngest brother had called her, but the school she works for locked every one down and she could not get out to get him. To the Keyes Family: As a Police Officer who listened to Emily's dad John speak at a seminar last year, I must say that even though I never knew Emily, I think of her and her family a lot.
