Robert Pio Hajjar, Founder IDEAL-WAY.ca. Robert, born with Down Syndrome, is the voice for his peers that can not speak. A charismatic, motivational speaker, he travels widely as living proof of what is possible when you include people like him, give them love, encouragement and opportunity.
