  • Looks pretty tight for someone my size - I guess I'll need the double-wide.

  • @CaneFu the double tent cot has a bar down the middle separating it in two - so that won't help

  • I'm not small - 6'1", 225lbs or so - but if you're a lot bigger it might be a problem

  • I have been wanting one of these for a while...great reviews! Problem is deciding between the Cabelas vs KampRite(both oversize 1 man version). KampRite is about half the weight but does not look near as well built as Cabelas model. Also I can not find the dimensions on the Cabelas one when folded. If you have them it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for the demostration! Take care.

  • It's roughly 35"x35"x8.5"

  • how is best sex ever the most related to this video?...anyways, I have the Kamp-Rite tent cot single, is this one better I can see some things I like about it more....4 legs, more support, hard surface to sleep on, kamp rites is only fabric...i'm thinking of just getting a inflatable pad though...support plus hard surface...

  • This one is kind of in-between the Kamp Rite single and oversized. It's about the same size as the oversize, but without the domed roof. It's heavier, though, because the frame is steel and not aluminum.

It does just have a fabric sleeping surface. I got the large Thermarest Basecamp sleeping pad to go with it and it's AWESOME. At first I was dead set against spending $80+ on a tiny air mattress - but it turns out they're really worth every penny.

  • @bryceban I have the same dilemma.

  • I guess this is how you pay for a 12 man tent and get a 1 person lean to. Good idea, horrible price point.

  • Thanks for the review. It was helpful because I couldn't find the folded dimensions in the catalog, but the minute I saw the bag here I knew it was WAY to big for backpacking. The quick setup is nice, but I wish I could find one that broke down smaller for carrying on your back. This one would be awesome for camping in places I can drive to though.

  • Date says 2008, but from the look of that TV I would guess circa 1990. How old is that?

  • haha! the cat was all curious then got outta there!

  • wow you took it out of the case set it up got inside got back out closed it up put back in the case under 3 minutes it takes ppl that long just figure out witch way is up on a regular tent lol im getting the kamp-rite one
