Jackal kills Tommy baby

We were out on safari about an hour after sunrise, and came accross a jackal stalking a baby tommy and it's mother. By the time we got the camera rolling, the jackal was in hot pursuit!

@BlueFlame1365 um....what? Obviously you don't know too much about canines. Yes pack canines like wolves will kill an animal through blood loss or shock, but a black-backed jackal is primarily a solo or pair hunter. Meaning it has to kill quickly and efficiently, here is a perfect example of that. The jackal grabs the fawn by the neck, either crushing its windpipe or breaking it's neck.
