Raymond Ogas has lived in the same house in Dallas since 1956.
In August, he was featured in a neighborsgo Know Your Neighbor article.
He has lived in the same house he bought from Ebby Halliday herself - just below the M Streets area -- since 1956. Ebby, 98, read the story and decided that she wanted to visit with Mr. Ogas, 97, on his front porch. And on Sept. 26, "the first lady of real estate" did precisely that.
