I don't think the Russian people can decide anything when all the information they are given is controlled by Putin and his cabal.

It wasn't PUTIN who order the appartments to be blown. The people who were involved or to be more precise the think tank of that operation is in this video! But yeah these particular appartment bombings, the 9/11 and London bombing weren't done by the terrorist, any qualified politologist or an individual who is well versed in the political field could come to such a conclusion without having to listen to Zeitgeist.

War On Terror was supported by international community. Who supported invasion of Chechnya and Georgia? Nobody.
