If you look at who made the comment and the history he has (like when Stephen Harper apologized to Native Americans for the Residential School scandal) this guy came on criticizing native Americans and calling them all lazy and useless. He's a racist.. we know that. It's not the first time Poilievre has made such remarks.

Pierre Pollievre is an asshole, but so are most the MP's in the House who try to pretend like they care about their constituents but are only in it for themselves, with a nice fat government salary over $100,000, gold plated pension and lavish expense accounts.

The term is commonly used to refer to issues that stick to people. Over the previous years, the term itself has been used by a number of prominent Canadian public figures to indicate a sticky situation, as well as other politicians either NDP, Liberal, and Bloc. This is just partisan nonsense as was the bitching about Pierre's comments after the lameduck Native "apology".
