The top scoring non-German ace in the war was Finland's Ilmari Juutilainen with 94 victories.
Hiroyoshi Nishizawa of Japan had 87.
The top Allied ace was the Russian Ivan Kozhedub with 62 victories.
The top American ace Richard Bong, had 40 victories and the top RAF ace was the South African Marmaduke Pattle with 40+ victories (The British and Commonwealth top ace).
The Poles DID break the first Enigma code, and handed it to the British when Poland lost. Their codebreakers did a lot

I thought the top scoring ace in the Battle of Britain in 1940 was Czech? Ok, the Poles did a great job too, as did the Commonwealth pilots.

@tina6581 I am showing you 4 fingers you telling me that u see 3 and yea i have to agree that this is the truth becouse u didnt said that u se ONLY 3 fingers. But people in that situation will make false assumption that your 3 is number of all fingers. And what u was trying to write here is slighty longer version of: "sh*t happends dont cry about it". I agree errors hapends we are only humans but we should take conclusion and lern from it. And conclusion is that u cant trust British government.

@Luk81asz Ok mate now you have clearly just lost it. Your making no sense and a rambling. If you could make clear points I would continue this. But sadly you are unable to do so. Hopefully you will not respond in a way that will embarrass yourself. ie by being abusive or trying to move forward with some oblate argument. I have asked you three times to point out any lies I have made and you have not. So good bye and try not to be so negertive to others next time. :-)
-
@tina6581 If i show u 4 fingers and u will say u see 3 then i will call your response a lie. You will ofcorse ask for apology becouse you will not see where did u lie;> Info about 1946 parade i found on US page and they wasnt afreid to say truth. "Sh*ty end of the stick" for me its another lie becouse it looks more like sh*t throwed into face and it was throwed by some one and in your sentence its anonymous . Whit your logic mass murdering could be explained by fact that people arent immortal.

@Luk81asz Mate the Polish guys did not get to the paraded in 46 for the same reason some French free units didn’t get invited to versus French parades. Politics. Am I a Politician? No. Do I have any control over politicians? No. Have I lied at any point in is conversation? No. Are you trying to avoid apologising to me for accusing me of lying? Possibly. Do you seem to wish to blame everyone for the fact the Poland got the sh*ty end if the stick in ww2? Seems like it to me.
-
@tina6581 "... by 2000 only a small portion of British intelligence documents relating to Sikorski's death had been declassified..." You realy think that we are stupid and by not admiting truth u will achive anything? That we dont know why 303 squadron rejected invitation to victory parade in 1946 and why only them were invited? Joseph Goebbels said “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it..." your opinion is part of that kind of lie.
-
@Luk81asz I fail to see I what way I lied (def: to speak/write untruthfully). I did not state percentile comparatives or clam one suffered more that another. In essence I stated Poland suffered so did others, true fact. I am aware that Poland got attacked by two counters at one go and was sent no support. And was not lessened to before the war. But I did not lie in anything I said. So I would be grateful of an apology mate.

@tina6581 You wrote list of countries that sufered just like we... so go on internet and check how many Polish citiziens died during WW2. You can add to that number all soldiers/helpers of Polish Home Army that was executed by NKVD or died on syberia. Then go check how many citiziens do we have then. Do the math. And then do it for all the countries that u listed. Compare % for all of them and then ask u self did u wrote truth to me. I dont think u are a fool its just blindness for truth.
Putin nie ma nic wspolnego z Katyniem?
A to, ze nalezal/nalezy do NKWD?

Wnen you see the sign of Polish Air Forces it doesn't mean that it has to be a Polish plane.
Poles were fighting in many outborder armies and using various machines. Moreover Polish planes were not only those produced in Poland.Poland was using foreign planes bought to its army as well.

Wneh I was writing: "In the B.of B. where they took the greatest number of kills..."I didn't mean that our one Polish squadron took the most kills of the whole battle! That would have to be over 51% :))
There were thousands of planes foghting.
I rather meant that our squadron was the most efficient of all RAF squadrons during the battle.
I didn't intend to false the truth or glorify our flyboys...I would choose my words more carefully if I knew that they will be so INSPECTED :))
