Little White Bumps On Face. What are they?

I've asked and been asked this question several times before. For the longest time I thought those annoying little white bumps on my face were little whiteheads that I couldn't get rid of. Well after some research I've found the cause and the solution and prevention of them :] So I hope this is helpful and answers all your questions.

Well I had one of those... Off to the side of my eye sort of in the outer v, but closer to the eye brow. I poked it and kind of twisted it out. Now it's alll gone(:

id been using soltan 50+ sunblock,with the oxides you say,,i then went and put nivea stuff on and ive had these appear on my scar on face,,just checked and the nivea contains none but other does,,as soon as you said the lightbuld switch on,,maybe this is the reason lol good info
