now this concert was in 2008, but Beyonce didn't start wearing outfits like this until 2009 when she srated the I Am Tour but she's credited with being the first to perform in high heels and leotards when Ciara, Janet Jackson, Tina Turner and Madonna were doing it before her, hmmmm, I wonder why that is.

I do too... I'm hoping its just cuz she's in concert opening for Britney Spears(I think). Can't wait until the Like a Surgeon video comes out and gets the play it deserves... that's one of my favorite songs on her cd.
